Why it happens
If 1up produces an incorrect or low-quality answer, you can quickly diagnose and fix the issue by checking sources, regenerating the response, and teaching 1up the correct answer.
Check the sources used
Click Related Sources to see exactly which PDFs, webpages, Q&A entries, or documents were used to generate the response. If the issue comes from a weak or outdated source, you’ll spot it here.
Remove bad sources
If a source consistently produces incorrect information:
• Click View Full Source
• Open it in the Knowledge Base
• Delete it if it’s not useful or accurate
Removing low-quality sources prevents future incorrect answers.
Teach 1up the correct answer
When 1up generates an answer, click Improve This Answer, write the corrected response, optionally add tags, and save to the Knowledge Base.
Note: You can also do this directly from Slack, Teams, or Google Chat by clicking the Improve Answer link appended to every answer.
This teaches 1up the authoritative answer, overriding conflicting or outdated knowledge across your workspace. Learn more about managing your Answer Library.
