1up is only allowed to use your knowledge base to generate answers. If the answer is unknown, that means:
Your Knowledge Base does not contain this information.
You narrowed your search to a set of Tags that excluded the information. Adjust your Tags and try again.
In such cases, you can click Improve Answer to teach 1up the response for all similar queries in the future. Learn more about improving answers.
