1up provides a Microsoft-approved integration for SharePoint. Sites, pages, and files you connect will automatically sync to 1up whenever they’re updated.

1. Install the SharePoint Integration

In 1up, go to Knowledge → Add Knowledge → SharePoint.

You’ll be prompted to sign into Microsoft. Once Logged in, you should be authorized to pull files and pages from SharePoint.

2. Choose Which SharePoint Content to Sync

Select the files or pages you want to sync into your Knowledge Base.

Anything you sync will automatically update in 1up whenever it’s edited in SharePoint.

Note: When you select a SharePoint site, 1up will automatically ingest all pages within that site.

3. Organize Your Synced Content

Add tags (e.g., SharePoint) to help organize your knowledge.

Tags allow you to narrow answer generation to specific sources when asking questions or automating questionnaires.
