Confluence

Updated yesterday

1up provides an Atlassian-approved integration for Confluence. Once connected, any linked pages will automatically sync to 1up whenever they’re updated.

1. Install the Confluence Integration

In 1up, go to Knowledge → Add Knowledge → Confluence.

You’ll be prompted to install the 1up app from the Atlassian Marketplace. Click Get it now, choose your Confluence site, and complete the installation flow.

Once installed, click Get Started.

Click Pair with 1up to connect Confluence to your 1up workspace.

After pairing, 1up is fully connected to your Confluence workspace.

2. Choose Which Confluence Content to Sync

Go back to Add Knowledge → Confluence in 1up.

Select the spaces, pages, or files you want to sync into your Knowledge Base.

Anything you sync will automatically update in 1up whenever it’s edited in Confluence.

3. Organize Your Synced Content

Add tags (e.g., Confluence) to help organize your knowledge.

Tags allow you to narrow answer generation to specific sources when asking questions or automating questionnaires.

You Can Also Add Pages Directly From Confluence

  1. Open any Confluence page.

  2. Click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select 1up App to add that page directly to 1up.
