1up provides a Microsoft-approved integration for Egnyte. Files you connect will automatically sync to 1up whenever they’re updated.
1. Install the Egnyte Integration
In 1up, go to Knowledge → Add Knowledge → Egnyte.
You’ll be prompted to sign into Microsoft. Once Logged in, you should be authorized to pull files and pages from Egnyte.
2. Choose Which Egnyte Content to Sync
Select the files you want to sync into your Knowledge Base.
Anything you sync will automatically update in 1up whenever it’s edited in Egnyte.
3. Organize Your Synced Content
Add tags (e.g., Egnyte) to help organize your knowledge.
Tags allow you to narrow answer generation to specific sources when asking questions or automating questionnaires.
