1up’s Notion connector can ingest pages, sub-pages, and database entries. Once connected, any Notion page you add to 1up will automatically sync whenever it’s updated.
1. Connect Your Notion Workspace
Go to Knowledge → Add Knowledge → Notion.
Click Confirm to begin authorization.
Choose which parts of your Notion workspace 1up is allowed to access. 1up does not pull any data until you explicitly select pages.
Select the pages or spaces (e.g., Enablement Content, RevOps, Technical Docs) and click Allow Access.
Once authorized, you can start importing content.
2. Select Notion Pages to Sync
Go back to Add Knowledge → Notion.
Use the Page Selector to choose all pages, or specific pages, subpages, database entries, or objects within your Notion tree.
Sync the pages you want. They will now appear in your 1up Knowledge Base.
3. Organize Your Synced Notion Content
Add tags (e.g., Notion) to categorize your imported sources.
Tagging allows you to narrow Q&A or RFP automation to Notion-only content when generating answers.
