The Collaboration Metrics page gives managers and admins a real-time view of how questionnaire work is moving across the team. It's organized into three sections, each focused on a different part of the workflow. All data on this page reflects the last 30 days.
To see collaboration metrics, click on Automate Questionnaires and click the Collaboration Tab at the top.
Headline Metrics
This section gives you a quick snapshot of where things stand across all active questionnaires.
Questionnaire Status: A breakdown of your questionnaires by state: Active, Completed, or Failed. The number in the center shows your total count.
Questionnaires in Flight: How many questionnaires are currently being worked on in the last 30 days, compared to the previous period.
Questions Completed: The number of individual questions answered in the last 30 days, including how many were auto-answered by 1up vs. resolved manually.
To Unlock Overdue Work
This section helps you spot bottlenecks before they become a bigger problem.
Overdue Assignments by Aging Bucket: Shows how many assignments are overdue, grouped by how long they've been sitting: 0-2 days, 3-7 days, or 7+ days.
Top Stalled Questionnaires: Lists the specific questionnaires that have been open the longest, so you know where to focus first.
To Rebalance Workload
Use this section to see if work is spread evenly across your team or piling up with a few people. All three cards in this section show your top 5 results.
Open Assignments per Assignee: Shows how many open tasks each team member currently holds. Clicking on a person opens a modal with all the questionnaires they have active assignments on.
Percentage of In-Flight Work Held by Top 5 Assignees: Flags whether a small group is carrying a disproportionate share of active work. Use this alongside the Open Assignments card to get the full picture.
Assignees with the Most Questionnaires in Flight: A quick look at which teammates are juggling the most active questionnaires at once.
To Measure SME Engagement
This section tracks how actively your subject matter experts are participating.
Top 5 Active Assignees by Task Completion: Ranks teammates by how many tasks they've finished in the last 30 days.
Automation Edit Rate: The percentage of AI-generated answers that were edited by a human before being finalized. A lower rate generally means the AI is producing answers your team trusts. A higher rate may point to gaps in your Knowledge Base.
