Using Ask 1up in Slack/Teams/Google Chat

1up is often used for day-to-day Q&A. Particularly in these scenarios:

  • During Calls

  • During RFP time

  • Day to Day Q's

Installing Slack

Expand 1up to your sales org by adding it to your company chat. Head to Ask 1up and choose your preferred messaging platform tool to integrate 1up:

Once that’s done, your teammates can get answers directly from 1up by tagging it in chat.

For Slack, users simply need to tag @1up.

You can also limit 1up to specific Slack channels.

In your 1up dashboard, head to your Settings -> Slack Settings and choose which channels you’d like 1up to respond in:

Installing Teams

Click the Microsoft Teams button at the top of your Ask 1up tab, then follow the on-screen instructions to connect 1up to your Teams Chat.

Once connected, users can tag @Ask1up or send a direct message to the bot, like this:

Click the Google Chat button at the top of your Ask 1up tab, then follow the on-screen instructions to connect 1up to your Google Chat.

Once connected, users can tag @Ask1up like this:
