1up supports image uploads in PNG, JPG, and WEBP formats, making it easy to include visual content in your knowledge base.
To upload an image to your Knowledge Base, go to Knowledge Base → Add Knowledge.
Select Images to upload an image. Drag and drop it or select it from your saved files.
1up will process your image to automatically generate a description to help interpret its contents.
You can also edit the description to improve searchability.

Review the auto-generated description
Edit or replace it with a clearer, more detailed explanation
A strong description helps 1up better understand the image, which leads to more accurate and relevant answers.
Once uploaded, images can be surfaced across Ask 1up, Questionnaire Responses and Answers to Slack / Teams/ Google Chat. Use a simple description to pull up the image.
